  3. Thank you, Harvey. :)

I feel much better this morning.

The covers were snuggly and I liked your bedtime story.

  4. Did I steal all the covers?

    Did you freeze?

  5. No, but I took my comforter to work this morning. I'm sitting at the kitchen table, composing IMAO posts, with it wrapped around me.

No armholes... I can see why people buy Snuggies...

  6. Don't you have a snuggly robe and furry slippers?

  7. Nah... I'm too manly.

I have a snuggly flannel shirt and a furry face.

  8. Gah!

    Flannel shirt?

You're one of those Gaston-type Gander Mountain loving backwoodsmen?

    Ugh.

  9. Ah... I notice you're not complaining about the furry face, though...

  10. I didn't know it would be soft. . .

  11. It's pretty awesome. Makes a bunny's tail feel like a cheese grater.

  12. But you're not the hunter camper outdoorsy type, are you?

You're just wearing the Flannel shirt to impersonate one for some sinister reason?

  13. I wear the flannel because it's warm, I can unbutton it if it gets TOO warm, and I like having a shirt pocket.

Also, my little cat Coco has a flannel fetish. Loves burying her face in it.

  16. It's ok. You're a swell dame. We'll figure something out.

  18. But I don't actually like cats either.

    I know. I'm a terrible person.

    Deal breaker, huh?

  20. We are two smart people.

I'll go with the "we'll figure something out" philosophy.

How are you? Sick of this crazy cold yet?

  21. I spend a lot of time thinking about the fact that the first day of Spring is only 3 weeks away.

  22. What a lovely thought.

I'm gonna spend the rest of the day inside, looking out at the blue sky, dreaming about Spring :)

Do you have any adventures planned for when it gets warmer?

  23. Hadn't thought that far ahead. Might visit my nephew again when the weather's nice.

  24. Want some company? I like road trips in the spring. Especially ones in which I don't have to drive. So much to discover when you can gaze out of the windows...

    ReplyDelete
  25. Or there's always driving from hither to thither and stopping at all the garage sales along the way.

I'm usually too busy to stop because I want to get to thither...

  26. Well, whatever it was that made me decide to travel there in the first place.

For example, if I were to go to another city to shop at a particular store, I'll want to get to the store & do my shopping, not tour the countryside.

I tend to live with a sense of urgency
