  1. No amount of flowers can compensate for "full of himself"...

  2. Yeah, you're right. I'm very full of myself. I don't need to get anyone flowers to compensate, because myself is chock full o' awesome enough for any woman.

  4. Shame on you for asking me to be indiscreet.

Let's just say there were no demands for "compensation"...

  5. My.

    Oh my.

I'll steer clear of that topic then. new topic.I've been driving do South for 7 hours and we still haven't gotten above freezing.what does that tell you?

  6. That I wish I were driving south with you.

Because you'll hit "above freezing" before I will sitting in Wisconsin.

  7. I wish you were too.

I got very little sleep last night and I could really use another driver.

  8. Hey, I need mixing bowl advice:

    Melamine, glass, or stainless?

  9. I.ve used all three. I like heavy melamine best. Pink pollka dot. Are you getting me a present? :)

  10. Eventually, I'm sure :-)

But right now, I'm looking at my one mixing bowl (melamine) and thinking "I need more".

And I need them to be BIG (the one I have is about 5 quarts - it's a good size).

I priced melamine at Amazon and collapsed into a fetal position from sticker shock

Stainless is cheap, but... I have no idea if I'd like it.

  11. try Target Valentine's clearance in about a week. Still 32 degrees. An hour to go. Doing zumba to keep myself awake.

  12. I'll have to ask you to stop zumba-ing.

Like the PSA's say - "friends don't let friends dance and drive" :-D

And remind me about the clearance thing, please.

  13. It's warm. But heated. I like the sunshine part.

  14. Here, we're gonna get 3-5 inches of snow on Monday, and THEN 4 days of above-freezing.

I'm hoping I can clear out the 2-inch-thick compacted tire-track on the south side of my driveway (I've just been driving over the many half-inch snowfalls we've had - that adds up)
