Soon...

Blossom will blossom again:

Guess that means winter's almost over.

  1. She looks beautiful. I guess you must be taking pretty good care of her :)

  2. Every week, I go to the spare room she's hidden away in, turn her 180 degrees, pull off any dying leaves, and give her half a gallon of water.

Oh, and chastise her for not living up to her name...

  4. That she is.

And I can't wait until spring, when I can put her back outside, then do a side-by-side comparison with her November pic:

I think she's put on a little weight over the winter.

(shhhhh!... Don't tell her I said that!)

  5. Maybe it's water weight.

A half gallon is an awful lot.

    Mine both died.

  6. It does seem like a lot, but she's bone dry by the next weekend.

  7. Sounds like you've got gardening all figured out. You won't need me at all anymore.

  8. Gardening is more fun when you have someone to garden with.

Would you like to garden with me?

  9. Should I try having a garden in my back yard? My neighbors have one

  10. Maybe. I like home grown tomatoes.

I'm more of a flower gardener, myself. I like east facing homes because I like my flowers in the front yard where everyone can enjoy them.

  11. Well, my BACK yard faces east, so just for me and the special people I invite over :-)

  12. Tomatoes need as much sun as possible. Do you have a good sunny spot?

  13. Well, if I get rid of the dog house, the northeast corner of my yard should be out of the shadow of both my shed and my lilac tree.

  14. But then where would you sleep if I'm mad at you? :)
